These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrustCaller platform, operated by Hiclass LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the clauses set out below, which cover number allocation, traffic handling, revenue, payouts, and the full operating relationship between you and the Platform.
Article 01Definitions
Platform
"Platform" refers to the TrustCaller web application, APIs, dashboards, and all related services provided by Hiclass LTD for managing international premium rate numbers (IPRN).
User / Customer
"User" or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that registers for an account and uses the Platform to allocate numbers, generate traffic, or receive payouts.
Traffic
"Traffic" means telephone calls routed to premium rate numbers allocated through the Platform, measured in minutes of completed call duration.
IPRN
"IPRN" stands for International Premium Rate Numbers — telephone numbers that charge a premium per-minute rate to the calling party, with revenue shared between the carrier and the User.
Article 02Service Description
Number Allocation
TrustCaller provides Users with access to international premium rate numbers across multiple countries and carriers. Users may allocate, manage, and release numbers through their dashboard.
Call Termination
Calls to allocated numbers are terminated on the Platform's IVR system or routed to the User's own infrastructure via IP address, as configured during registration.
Statistics & Monitoring
The Platform provides real-time and historical call statistics, live call monitoring, and revenue tracking through the User dashboard.
Payouts
Users earn revenue based on verified call minutes delivered to their allocated numbers. Payout rates vary by destination country, carrier, and call duration.
Article 03Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
Users may generate legitimate traffic to allocated numbers using lawful methods. This includes routing calls from authorized sources such as licensed telecommunications infrastructure.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Platform in connection with hacked PBX systems, stolen SIM cards, unauthorized call routing, traffic pumping schemes, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications laws.
Article 04Traffic Quality
Minimum Call Duration
Each number range has a minimum call duration threshold. Calls shorter than the threshold may not be counted toward payable minutes. Thresholds are displayed per-range in the dashboard.
Fraud Detection
TrustCaller monitors traffic patterns for anomalies. If fraudulent traffic is detected — including but not limited to hacked PBX, SIM box, or artificial inflation — payments will be withheld and the account may be suspended.
Article 05Revenue & Payments
Rates
Payout rates are published per-range in the User dashboard and are subject to change. Rate changes take effect for new traffic only and do not apply retroactively to already-delivered minutes.
Payment Schedule
Payments are processed weekly (each Monday) or monthly (15th of each month), depending on the User's selected plan. All payments are made in USD via bank transfer or other supported methods.
Payment Conditions
TrustCaller pays Users when and only when payment has been received from the upstream carrier. If upstream payment is delayed or withheld, User payment will be adjusted accordingly.
Invoices
Users can view and download invoices from the Invoices section of their dashboard. Each invoice details the traffic period, minutes delivered, applicable rates, and any fees or adjustments.
Article 06Suspension & Termination
Suspension
TrustCaller reserves the right to suspend any User account immediately upon detection of fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or at the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, all allocated numbers are released and outstanding verified balances will be paid according to the standard payment schedule.
Article 07Liability
Service Availability
TrustCaller strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, carrier outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability.
Limitation
TrustCaller's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount paid to that User in the 90 days preceding the claim. TrustCaller is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Article 08Compliance
Legal Compliance
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international telecommunications laws and regulations.
Cooperation
Users agree to cooperate with TrustCaller and relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
Article 09Data & Logs
Call Detail Records
TrustCaller maintains call detail records (CDRs) for billing, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. CDRs include caller ID, destination number, timestamp, duration, and route information.
Data Retention
CDRs and account data are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a minimum of 12 months after account closure, or longer if required by applicable law.
Article 10Changes to These Terms
Modification
TrustCaller may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued Use
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may terminate your account.
