In Denmark the Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen) administers the overall national numbering plan and assigns numbering resources under the Act on Electronic Communications Networks and Services, with the detailed structure set in the Executive Order on the Overall Danish Numbering Plan (Order No. 1883 of 7 December 2020). That Executive Order reserves the 8-digit 901–905 series for premium-rate information or content services and the 909 series for other premium-rate services, and lets the assigning authority attach terms covering 'tariff principles and maximum prices for specific number series'. The Agency also enforces end-user protections under the same Act (for example, consumer contract-duration limits) and maintains the public directory of all numbers in the Danish numbering plan.
